Performance Reporting
The key to objectively determining the impact being made through conservation initiatives is to document energy and water consumption and costs in an easy to use format that emphasizes metrics important to client operations. We start with a base template which is already formatted to include sector-specific measures, and then customize to better represent individual client needs. Our monthly performance reports are designed and developed so that each piece of the organizational structure (Corporate, Regional and Field Operations) derives value. The reports are another distinctive tool utilized to differentiate the Burton services portfolio.
